CAFC is a group of independent child care professionals who collectively bring a breadth of experience in the field of child protection. All of our practitioners have a minimum of 20 years experience and have all held senior management positions. We recognise the individuality, value and inherent rights of every child and young person and will at all times seek to vindicate these rights by representing their views, wishes and best interests to the Court.
We deliver the highest level of professional service to children by working in conjunction with other key agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children. CAFC provides a national guardian ad litem service, working with children all over Ireland and those placed outside the jurisdiction. All CAFC Guardians ad Litem have Garda clearance and are registered with CORU.
